1. Crusher
FSJII Hammer Mill is suitable for milling raw material like tree branch, cotton stalk, corn stalk, wheat straw etc) with size less than 50mm(diameter). After milled, the output size can reach diameter 3-5mm, which is suitable for further briquetting.
FSJI Crusher is suitable for crushing raw wood with size less than 200mm (diameter). After milled, the output size can reach diameter 3-5mm, which is suitable for further briquetting.
The two kind? crushers are fitted to the downstream equipments.
2. Dryer
For raw materials with heavy moisture content that above 12%, you need to install a drier, this drier reduces the moisture content below 12% before feeding them into Biomass / Charcoal Briquetting Screw Press. Material for hot air stove: wood waste, wood briquette, coal, etc.
3. Biomass / Charcoal Briquette Screw Press
This Biomass / Charcoal Briquette Screw Press equipped with automatic temperature control are designed to produce high density charcoal.
This can be achieved by 15kw-3phase-50hz electrical driven motor and 3 belts pulley for more stable power transfer.
Normal capacity of standard model is about 6,000kg per day and can be operated 24 hours a day.
The extruded wood briquette (before carbonization) can be used as fuel for wood boilers, stoves or for room heating, but this uncarbonized briquettes has some smoke while burning.
4. Charcoal Bar Furnace
This furnace is ideal equipment for wood briquettes to have anoxic distillation carbonization.
Due to its rational structure, the furnace only needs small quantity of heat consumption.
It adopted Superheated Stream cooling system, thus can speed up the cooling process, improve the quality of charcoal, and reduce the production cycling time.
Its horizontal condenser can retrieve much wood tar. Many years production.
